Cancellation & Refund Policy

At MGM Medical Centre, we value the trust you place in us for your healthcare needs. We are committed to providing transparent and hassle-free services, including clear guidelines for cancellations and refunds. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds can be requested for appointments, surgeries, and medical services.

1. Appointment Cancellation

Patients can cancel or reschedule appointments by contacting MGM Medical Centre at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. This helps us allocate the slot to another patient in need.

• No cancellation fee will be charged if done within the acceptable time frame.

• For late cancellations or no-shows, a nominal fee may be applicable.

2. Surgery & Procedure Cancellations

If a patient wishes to cancel a scheduled surgery or medical procedure:

• Full refund will be processed if the cancellation is made at least 72 hours in advance.

• If cancelled within 72 hours, the refund will be subject to deductions for pre-operative preparations and administrative costs.

• In case of emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, MGM Medical Centre will review and handle each case with understanding and care.

3. Refund Process

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original mode of payment within 7-10 working days. Patients will receive a confirmation email or SMS once the refund has been initiated by MGM Medical Centre.

4. Exceptions

• Refunds are not applicable for completed consultations or procedures.

• Any request for a refund due to dissatisfaction with treatment will be evaluated by the medical board of MGM Medical Centre on a case-by-case basis.

• Appointment or Transaction ID
